Just like seeds are dead, so mold spores are the seeds for mold.

Activation, like any seed to bring things to life only require the right conditions.

Ever wondered why weeds overtake a garden when left without maintenance? Same deal, no control, huge issue. Seeds that are very small usually are not in our visual capacity, so remain out of mind and sight until evidence is produced with growth surfacing as conditions change.

This mold growth was not visible from the surface and was present for years.

Thus eradication may not be possible without continued drastic control measures such as clean rooms. Our homes do not have clean room attention or systems, however, awareness can be a big factor in sustaining a healthy environment.

Sterile environments are not healthy either.

Fear of the problems possible is not the right approach and one should become informed by non fear based information. Fear based information will usually lead to a bad understanding and then an improper handling of real or potential issues.



Do not become the victim of a fear based sale tactic. You can be sure it will be gouge and run with the problem still left behind, many times even left worse. Be careful with your knowledge and trust.
